The Mission

The National Black Postdoctoral Association (NBPA), formed in 2020, is a non-profit organization committed to ensuring the professional success of black postdoctoral fellows. The NBPA was officially incorporated and became a non-profit organization in March of 2021. As of April 2023 the NBPA is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization.

The Vision

The NBPA provides a space for the exchange of information and opportunities that will enhance the social well-being, research advancement, and professional development of its members.
